According to Dusko Perovic, quoted by RIA, “The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina gave the green light to start the negotiation process,” and the administration of that territory will seek to have gas delivered through Serbia, a neighbouring country.

Under the leadership of its nationalist leader, Milorad Dodik, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Serb-dominated Republika Srpska has adopted a fervently pro-Moscow stance.
