Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi has decided to start Kristjan Asllani, Joaquin Correa, and Stefan de Vrij in today’s Serie A match against Salernitana at the Stadio Arechi, which kicks off at 17.00 CET.

The Nerazzurri coach has decided to start André Onana instead of Inter Milan captain Samir Handanovic, who started the Coppa Italia game against Juventus on Tuesday night.

Robin Gosens and Denzel Dumfries play on either flank, with Matteo Darmian and Francesco Acerbi starting on either side of Dutch international Stefan de Vrij, who also serves as captain.

Kristjan Asllani starts in midfield, flanked by Nicolo Barella and Henrikh Mkhitaryan. Joaquin Correa returns to the starting lineup and is paired up top with Romelu Lukaku.

D’Ambrosio is currently serving the second of a two-game suspension in Serie A and is therefore unavailable for selection.

Due to injuries, Milan Skriniar and Hakan Calhanoglu were not even on the bench, and Alex Cordaz was also absent.
