Tiger Woods’ girlfriend, Erica Herman, has filed a lawsuit in Florida to overturn the golfer’s nondisclosure agreement
According to the complaint, Tiger Woods’ trust is attempting to silence Erica Herman with a nondisclosure agreement she signed while in a personal and professional relationship with the 15-time major champion.
Following a six-year relationship with Tiger Woods, his girlfriend wants to void a nondisclosure agreement.
According to online court records, Erica Herman’s attorneys filed a complaint seeking declaratory judgement in Martin County, Florida, circuit court on Monday. According to the complaint, the couple had been living in the area together. Martin County borders Palm Beach County to the north.
Woods and Herman have not publicly announced the end of their 2017 relationship. She was frequently seen with him at major championships, including the 2019 Masters, which he won for his 15th major, and his Presidents Cup captaincy in Australia later that year.
Tiger Woods will not participate in the 2023 Players Championship.

According to the complaint, Woods’ trust is attempting to silence Herman through a nondisclosure agreement she signed while in a personal and professional relationship with the 47-year-old.
The complaint contends that the NDA should be declared null and void under a federal law that prohibits the enforcement of an NDA when sexual assault or sexual harassment is involved.
Herman used to work at Woods’ Jupiter restaurant.
The complaint does not specify what information Herman may wish to reveal or make specific allegations against Woods.
According to the complaint, Herman is unsure whether she can disclose “facts giving rise to various legal claims she believes she has” because of her “aggressive use” of the NDA. It also states that she is unsure of what other details about her personal life she can discuss and with whom.
Mark Steinberg, Woods’ manager at Excel Sports Management, did not immediately respond to a phone call and text message from The Associated Press seeking comment.
