Hockey on Yahoo DFS: Monday plays and tactics

Tkachuk, however, is much more than just those two goals and the associated celebrations. In 14 games, he has 18 points, and in the regular season, his first with the Panthers, he scored 109 points.

FLA vs. CAR, Sergei Bobrovsky ($32): “Bob” has been a terrific narrative and a hero. Although the Russian goalie’s career has been turbulent, it is at moments like these that we should keep in mind the numerous Vezina Awards he has received. He has a 1.64 GAA and.949 save percentage over his last eight games, which span from Game 7 against the Bruins through Game 2 of this series. The Panthers, who have only suffered one loss in their past ten games, are now playing at home in a low-scoring series.

Sam Bennett, Florida at Carolina ($21): The majority of Bennett’s shifts have been started in the offensive zone (60.5%), which leads all Panthers players. Specifically, men who aren’t active players. However, Jarvis is the top power-play unit and plays on the first line. With five goals and 10 points, he is tied for second on the squad. In Game 1 of this series, the Hurricanes only managed to score two goals, but Jarvis still managed to score and assist.

CAR at FLA Jordan Martinook ($17): Martinook, who has 10 points in this postseason, has been a surprising source of scoring depth for the Hurricanes. Despite not participating in the power play, the second-line wing has been quite offensively active. 39 shots have been fired by Martinook in 13 playoff contests. Although a lot of his success came against the Devils, he has nonetheless demonstrated what he is capable of when at his best.
