Bucks defeat Jazz 144-116 for their third home victory
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (AP) — Grayson Allen had his best point total of the season with 25 to lead the Milwaukee Bucks to a 144-116 victory over the Utah Jazz on Friday night.
Allen blocked five triples and shot 57% from the field to help the Bucks maintain a one-point lead. Giannis Antetokounmpo had 24 points and 11 assists, while Pat Connaughton had 22 points and six three-pointers.
Jrue Holiday had 18 points and seven assists, while Brook Lopez had 17 points, 14 rebounds, and seven steals. Milwaukee made 22 triples and shot 56% from the pitch to earn its third straight victory.
Simone Fontecchio scored 26 points, his career high, in his third game as a starter to lead the Jazz. Kelly Olynyk pitched in with 16 units and seven rebots. Talen Horton-Tucker scored 13 points and had eight assists in Utah’s second home loss.
